Sauna & Ice Bath
Both Sauna and Cold exposure date back over 2000 years ago. The sauna has deep roots in Finnish culture, where it was used for both relaxation and as a social gathering space.
The practice of cold exposure, such as cold baths or ice baths, dates back to ancient civilizations, including the Greeks and Romans, who used cold water for its invigorating and therapeutic effects. Our facility is a little more modern but the same foundation applies. Scaling from 90 degrees to 4 degrees you'll leave feeling resilient and refreshed!
